More products, people or languages than Pro. We agree the limits and the price with you, and bill it by invoice.
30 days free when you go Live. You choose a plan and add a card when you open your shop for real orders. The card is first charged 30 days later, then the plan renews every month or year until you cancel. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Once per account.
0% platform fee on your sales, on every plan, including the free days.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax where applicable. Where we have to charge VAT or sales tax, it's added at checkout from your billing address; a business can enter its VAT number there. Owners in the EU and the UK subscribe as a business: checkout asks for your VAT number.
Payment processing fees from your own payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Creem or Dodo Payments) apply to your sales, as they would anywhere.
Every plan
Plans differ only in how much they hold: products, people, languages, storage, and each month's downloads and emails. Going over never costs extra.
Sizes and options priced and counted on their own, collections, discount codes, postage and tax, orders and customers in Admin.
Appointments with your opening hours, classes and events by date, each with its own length and price.
Sell releases and tracks with previews. Buyers download from their account.
The same shop in several languages, each with its own pages. How many depends on the plan.
A working starter shop, a guide written for AI agents, and a key that lets an agent build, upload and demo your store. You stay in charge of going Live.
Stripe, PayPal, Creem or Dodo Payments, connected in your name. The money goes straight to you.
Getting paid
Selling downloads, music or software? Creem is the seller of record: it takes cards from buyers around the world, adds and pays their VAT or sales tax, and pays you out.
For digital goods and software. Creem doesn't accept physical goods.

You stay the seller and handle your own tax. Cash and Venmo work too for things you sell, but not for bookings paid when they are made. Venmo is for US buyers only: they send it to your Venmo, or pick it in PayPal's buttons. Pick what suits your shop; you can switch on more than one.
Questions
No. The platform fee on sales is 0% on every plan. Shoppers pay into your own payment accounts.
For now, store owners can sign up from the United States only. We plan to add more countries; you can join the waitlist when you sign up. Places under sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea and the occupied parts of Ukraine's Donetsk and Luhansk regions), Russia and Belarus will stay off the list. Shoppers anywhere can buy from your shop, wherever you choose to ship.
You are. We're store software, not a marketplace: every sale is between you and your customer, the money goes straight to your own payment account, and you handle your own taxes, refunds and the law where you sell. Your shop shows your business name as the seller, with "Store software by SBCommerce.net" as our credit.
Their own processing fees, which are between you and them. Stripe, PayPal, Creem and Dodo Payments each publish theirs. We add nothing on top.
No. The Demo is free and never expires. You add a card when you choose a plan to go Live; your first plan is free for 30 days.
The card you added is charged for your plan, and the plan renews every month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time before the free days end, in Admin under Billing, and you pay nothing; the shop then goes back to Demo when they end. It stays online and takes no real orders, and nothing is deleted. The free days come once per account.
Yes, any time, in Admin under Billing. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the shop goes back to Demo.
You keep your plan for 7 days while the card is tried again. After that the shop goes back to Demo; nothing is deleted.
We never charge for going over. We email the owner at 80% and at 100%. Past the limit only that part pauses: new uploads until files are removed or the plan is raised, and new download files or optional emails (review invitations, unpaid-order reminders, low-stock notices) until the 1st of the month or a bigger plan. Buyers still download what they bought and get every order email, and nothing is deleted. Admin's Usage page shows where you are.
Downloads delivered to buyers: 2 GB a month on the Demo; 25 GB on Starter, 75 GB on Growth, 150 GB on Pro. Downloads are for what your shop sells; the platform isn't a file-delivery service. API limits are the same on every plan.
Stonebridge Digital LLC, an Oregon limited liability company in Corvallis, Oregon, USA. We sell the plan ourselves. Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor, so your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Nothing is charged yet. Our draft Terms of Service, section 5, say we'll give 30 days' notice before any fee applies; billing, cancellation and refunds will be set out there before then. What may be sold is in the Acceptable Use Policy, and how we handle data in the Privacy Policy.
