Plans and charges
Plan payments are taken by Stripe, our payment processor; we are the seller. For a question about a charge, a refund or cancelling, write to support@sbcommerce.net. Plans can also be changed or cancelled in Admin under Billing.
Bought from a shop?
Each shop on SBCommerce.net is its own seller: orders, refunds and deliveries are handled by the shop. Use the contact details on its pages. To report a shop, use our report form(in a shop based in the EU, the “Report this store” link in its footer opens it), or write to us.
